FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
All orders will be shipped using USPS. Our processing is done on Monday-Friday and takes 2-4 business days to be ready for shipping. All orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday which is the next business day. Shipping will take 2-6 business days depending on the location, in addition to signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be sent via email when your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
TresSher is “COMMITTED TO QUALITY.” Our premium quality virgin hair extensions go through a strenuous quality control process in the US to ensure that our customers are getting the best product. However, if you are unhappy with your TresSher Hair, we will refund your purchase within seven (7) days from the time that you received your order if the bundle is unopened and the hair is in its original condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and a $15 restock fee. For every wig that is sold we give one away to a cancer patient in need; therefore, wigs can ONLY be exchanged. This must also be done within seven (7) days from the time that you received your order and the unit must be unused and in its original condition.
